Returns & Refunds

Custom & personalized binders

Made-to-order items (custom prints, engraving, foil) are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or are damaged in transit. Email info@thebinderlab.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Stock items

Unused stock binders may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus return shipping. The item must be in original condition.

How to start a return

  1. Email support with order number and photos.
  2. We confirm within 1 business day and provide a return label if needed.
  3. Refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receipt.

EU consumer rights

Mandatory EU consumer rights — including the 14-day right of withdrawal for non-custom items — apply in full. Custom-made goods are excluded under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
