ThebinderLab AB (“we”, “us”), org. nr 556756-3183, Industrigatan 10,
511 62 Skene, Sweden, operates this website and sells custom and wholesale binders. We are the data controller for personal data processed through the site. For privacy matters, contactprivacy@thebinderlab.com.

2. What we collect

Order data: name, email, shipping & billing address, order contents.
Quote requests: company name, contact, email, estimated quantity, design notes.
Marketing opt-ins: email when you join a notify list.
Technical: IP, browser, anonymized usage analytics, UTM parameters.
Payment data: processed by Stripe; we never see full card numbers.

3. Why we collect it

To fulfill orders, respond to wholesale quotes, send transactional emails (order/shipping confirmations), prevent fraud, comply with tax law, and — only with your consent — improve the site through analytics.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Contract (fulfilling your order), legitimate interest (fraud prevention, basic analytics), consent (marketing cookies, notify list), legal obligation (tax records).

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors we need to run the business: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), our print and shipping partners, and our hosting / database provider. We never sell your data.

6. Retention

Order and tax records: 7 years (legal requirement). Quote leads: 24 months. Marketing opt-ins: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: 14 months.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@thebinderlab.com and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies are always on. Analytics and marketing cookies require your consent — manage them via the cookie banner.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email or a banner on the site.
